No Alerts on loose BioNovix name lists yet for paid subscribers. Try pricing on google adwords? Look at the wholesale pricing on some of their stuff... no wonder they went under! We are digging for this name list because the company can't claim they own it and do a lawsuit. This failed MLM Company terminated everybody!
WARM SPIRIT FAILS - BITES THE DUST
Jan 2009 Warm Spirit was heart warming and was what appeared to be the first primarily black MLM. Their distributors (called consultants) made money selling body scrubs, body butters, body soufflés. I have watched and know some company insiders and distributors who are good friends.
Here are my opinions of why Warm Spirit failed:
1. There were two founders – Nadine Thompson, the original CEO, and her partner. They parted ways about 2 years ago and a gentleman was appointed as CEO of the growing African American MLM company that was 70% black women. Rod Cook Rules: Have tight contracts between partners or NO partners.
2. They moved the company to the east coast, then opened up an office in Chicago. Dumber than dumb if you look at the stats on where MLM companies thrive. The east coast and Chicago are not even on the list. The cost of operation and overhead in both of these areas suck. Let’s look at Free Life, they gave up the N.E. battle and moved to Phoenix. Rod Cook Rules: Pick a city for HQ with low overhead and that is popular for MLM’s. I talk about this when I speak at the MLM legal conference.
3. Thompson started her own group, Soul Purpose, which was brought under the Youngevity umbrella. This did not help the Warm Spirity cashflow. Rod Cook's opinion is that this was also predictable and the $$ partner should have thought this through.
