MY SHOPPING GENIE MELTDOWN?
"AKA MYNET UNIVERSE"

13 June 2011 – Complaints are coming in about selective commissions paid to Distributors.  To the WatchDog, this is usually an indicator of a  Ponzi-Pyramid meltdown.  There are not enough new funds coming in to pay first or large distributors.  There has always been debate that the licensed icons My Shopping Genie sold did not return money on shoppers as the company promoted. Editor’s Note:  If the signup fee is all that is carrying My Shopping Genie.....the commission payment complaints certainly make sense.

PONZI CROOK (SOCIOPATH) MAKES PSYCH ATTEMPT AT FREEDOM
NEW DEFENSE FOR BERNARD MADOFF?  "I WAS NUTS!"

Mar 2009  Tacoma, WA -  Charles Nolon Bush 69  asked a federal judge Friday to set him free. Bush’s lawyer, Paula Olson, told argued her client believed  he didn't do wrong, that he was trying to do good with people’s money.  Olson called to the stand clinical psychologist Edward Schau, who testified he believes Bush has a mental disorder that creates delusional thinking and feelings of grandiosity. Shau said, "Bush truly believed he could deliver on his promises, even though it would have been nearly impossible.

Editors Note #1: The clinical psychologist lied for money.  Bush is a sociopath who loves to make people love him so he can hurt them.  One of the indicators of a sociopath is delusional thinking and feelings of superiorority (grandiosity). Of course the shrink  would not call this crook a sociopath in court because it makes his client sound like a murder (which is true).

U.S. Federal District Court Judge Ronald B. Leighton did not laugh at the scumbag in the courtrom. A  jury took a quick day before convicting him of 27 typical Ponzi charges, including securities fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering.  He took folks in a  $35 million Ponzi scheme that cost  100's  life savings and others personal losses. Federal prosecutors asked for and the Judge agreed,  30 years in prison!  The Judge also ordered Bush cough up  $30 million in restitution.

Editors Note #2: This was a true Ponzi - Only one person ran the scam.  There were no matrix of  salesmen collecting commissions by lining up suckers.  If a payment matrix were used it would be a pyramid.

BENARD MADOFF SOCIOPATH (NUTS)
$50 BILLION DOLLAR PONZI SCHEME
WORLD’S LARGEST (NON GOVERNMENT)

12 Dec 2008 -- NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. Bernard L. Madoff, the founder of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC former Chairman of the NASDAQ Stock Market, was arrested today and charged with  securities fraud. Bernard L. Madoff is the founder of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (the Firm), a securities broker dealer with its office in New York City.

Ed. Note: Great lies created by a sociopathic bastard.  Sociopaths love to lie to people to make those people love them.  The Sciopathic end goal to hurt these same people.  Remember an indicator of a sociopath is delusional thinking and feelings of superiorority (grandiosity).

On Dec. 10, 2008, Madoff informed the Senior Employees, in substance, that his investment advisory business was a fraud. Madoff stated that he was "finished," that he had "absolutely nothing," that "it's all just one big lie," (Ed Note: Sociopaths build their lives around lying)  and that it was "basically, a giant Ponzi scheme. Madoff stated that the business was insolvent, and that it had been for years. Madoff also stated that he estimated the losses from this fraud to be at least approximately $50 billion. The securities fraud charge in the complaint carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $5,000,000.

WARNING RUN !  STRONG EDITORIAL FOR LITTLE GUYS
(and big individual players too - I guess)

Are you in this program?? The threat of jail always makes the scammers running these shows give over their data base!  The trick is that the prosecutors are now turning over the top 300-500 earners to the IRS (actually the whole database but the IRS goes after bigger money).

You know that database the government keeps on scams, even if you are a little guy and lose money you are now on that SECRET database.   Hidden name?  Phoney ID.  DUMB THINKING!  Where does the money go... they follow the money trail.

Money Hidden?  Offshore?  What a laugh look at the people that have gone to jail for that!  The CIA by law has to give money tracking info to the DEA & IRS.  Because of Drug Lords trying international money transfers at $5 @ (millions a day) the CIA tracks that small amount!  Are you stupid!

You jumped out of frying pan into the fire!  Move to the Island of Mann get sick and tired of nothing - come back to U.S. = jail.  And yes there are scammers who hid overseas and got so sick of it they came back to go to jail.  U.S. = Best place in world.  Panama doesn't extradite but turns head when people are "picked up" and leave on a VERY private jet.  See Anderson and Global Prosperity on this website! Trust me I have lived worldwide and worked with some very serious law enforcement dudes!
