The Weekly Power Bonus
Compensation Plan
The Front End Power Bonus is for builders. Basically it gives quick returns to the "Enroller / Trainer for building their downline.
1. The first point is that it gives the Recruiter / Enroller the power to move and sign up new people anyplace in the comp plan and collect the majority of the CAB or Fast Start bonus. The recruiter / enroller is not locked into recruiting on one level and collecting the majority of the CAB bonus.
2. It rewards the new recruit because they receive a little off of having their downline built. Because one of the killer phrases is "We will build your downline" works it is a power tool. All the new recruit has to do is work at giving up their warm market for the recruiter enroller to work.
3. It trains the new recruit who also is able to see his upline getting the large part of the money. If they are in the 80% who don't do anything... nothing lost, however, the recruiter is the one who obtains the $$$$. IF THEY ARE TRAINABLE AND HUNGRY... they learn sales tactics from doing 3/ways and face to face recruiting. The "how to" become a recruiter!! We develop salespeople and leaders.
Platinum (1st in upline) 15% Paid weekly (could be split with golds)
Placement 15% (new recruit) Paid weekly
Enroller / Recruiter / Salesperson 70% Paid weekly
Remember the Recruiter can sign up new people ANYPLACE in their downline and still collect the 70%. If the Recruiter is also a Platinum guess who is the first person in their upline? They are!!!! Under this model a Platinum that signs up or sells something with a CAB or Fast Start bonus... would receive 85%.
How would Rod Cook (Platinum) who likes to maximize any comp plan in existence work this? Lets look at selling telephone CAB stuff.
I would build at least 3 legs deep (six levels) fast with dependable people and multiple services so there would not be any open spots or rollup.

7. Using the 6th level as training and warm marketing I start
streaming the plan wide to the max. Maximizing phone residuals
and collecting 85% on the CABS.
8. Still building for security and rollup on residuals... from strong recruits on (7) and still collecting 85% Cabs.
