TRUE STORY BELOW
HOW A SCUMBAG SPAMMER TELLS A LIE + GOT A COMPANY SHUT DOWN!
Ed Note: The first paragraph is a lie. There are previous court cases that are going to get you whacked and your company shut down. Scam Spammer says: "Before you scoff, know that, according to FTC regulations, it is illegal for me to make that claim unless I can offer proof of income - and I can!" Ed Note: No, it's illegal for you to make the claim unless you publish the income of everybody in the company in a full disclosure. In fact, my partner and I earned over $26,087.58 in our first 94 days - AND we can GUARANTEE that YOU can earn $10,000 by your fourth month! Ed Note: Fat Chance Scammer! THE FTC CASE AND RULE OF LAW (ABREVIAT
National Dynamics
National Dynamics Corporation, et al, 85 FTC 1052 (June 17, 1975)
Rod Cook Editor's Note: The FTC & Attorney Generals have a long history of disliking earnings claims in Business Opportunities and MLM. Here is a brief summary of the case law allowing them to charge your company for earnings claims, for what you do. The following is from the National Dynamics court case - Talking about YOU!:
“They (MEANING YOU !) must be prevented from bandying about high earnings achieved by a minority of purchasers with no indication of the unrepresentativeness of such earnings. If respondents (You and your company in court) lack evidence that the high reported earnings of a few distributors are in fact representative of the earnings of large numbers of other distributors, then it is clearly deceptive for them to portray the minority results!"
