ROBERT L. FITZPATRICK NAILED TO THE WALL IN THE MEDIFAST CASE!
1 April 2011 -- No April Fools Day joke here! Editor's opinion note: Here is the lawsuit by Medifast, read the end of it! Anti-MLMer Robert L. Fitzpatrick is going to be paying some serious damages to Medifast. What does that mean? Robert L. Fitzpatrick will be living out of the trunk of a car... and eating at swank garbage cans! Minkow we will skip since he will be back in Club Fed (Federal Prison).

ROBERT L. FITZPATRICK
31 March 2011 - Editor’s Opinion Note: This part of the deposition was poor in your Editor's opinion. Section II, page 45 of Robert Fitpatrick’s book “False Profits” is titled “The Scene of the Crime.” The terms used in this Section II “Scene of the crime” are “we and “us". They leave no doubt that Robert Fitzpatrick was a participant in the criminal “Airplane” Pyramid Scheme. Thus, just like Barry Minkow, Robert Fitz participated in criminal activity. The only difference is that Barry Minkow was caught and jailed. Barry Minkow and Robert Fitzpatrick still have one more thing in common, which is recidivism and falling back into their criminal activity by lying and attacking the MLM Industry. Ed. Opinion Note: Barry Minkow is headed back to prison, too bad his recidivist buddy Robert L. Fitzpatrick is not going with him!

FBI SCAMMED BY MINKOW = NOT HAPPY!
FBI HOT ABOUT CRIMINAL CONVICTED FELON BARRY MINKOW
Please note the FBI is not happy Minkow abused his relationship with federal law enforcement agencies to report false allegations of criminal conduct purportedly committed by innocent victims. Once Minkow confirmed that his allegations had successfully induced law enforcement to open a criminal investigation, Minkow allegedly used that knowledge to short sell the victim’s stock for his own benefit
Minkow's manipulation of the market and his relationship with the FBI for his personal gain caused a severe drop in the stock prices of a large Florida corporation. This type of deceit and abuse of trust will not be tolerated by the Department of Justice and FBI. The Special Agent in Charge of the FBI's Miami Office, stated, “When false statements are disseminated to deceive the investing public, the FBI will dedicate all available resources to bring disseminators of such falsehoods to justice.
Ed. Note: In my opinion the FBI is no doubt looking at Minkow’s earlier short selling of Herbalife, Prepaid Legal, Medifast. No doubt they are looking at his co-horts Jon Taylor and Robert Fitzpatrick in those fraudulent short sells of MLM publicly traded stocks.
ANTI MLM MINKOW A CHURCH BURGLAR TOO?
28 MAR 2011 - Barry Minkow’s EX church the Community Bible Church in San Diego, where WAS a pastor was burglarized on the night of January 30-31, 2011. Since that date, he has resigned from the position with the controversy. Yes, he is probably headed back to prison. At that time, Minkow had to know that his goose fried in Federal Court.
The thieves kicked in the side glass door, then wrecked the office, cracked the safe, and stole the past week's church offerings of $50,000 that was reported to the police. Minkow has a self- admitted history of staging setting burglaries to collect insurance money. The local media and Minkow critics believe this to be another link in the chain of his criminal activity which has been highlighted recently.
Editor’s Note: Hey, every scumbag needs a little traveling money! Your editor is sure he was headed to hell for all the lies he told about MLM…. We just hope he takes Jon Taylor and Robert Fitzpatrick along with his scuzy a***.
THE WATCHDOG WAS RIGHT MINKOW RAN THE FRAUD CREATION INSTITUTE
18 Mar 2011 – Minkow’s Fraud Discovery Institute is done. After attacking several large public MLM Companies his run at fraud is over. According to his attorney he could spend up to 5 years in prison. Minkow reached an “agreement in principle” with the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of Florida. Minkow is expected to plead guilty to a count of trading on non-public information.
Editor’s Notes: Minkow’s Fraud Discovery (Creation I call it) Attacked MLM Public Companies and successfully lowered their stock prices. The case he is being convicted on is a large house builder. However I bet some of these MLM Companies may have contributed information to the legal action taken against Minkow since he attacked them:
PrePaid Legal, Herbalife, USANA, Medifast
It is too bad that his cohorts in some of these Minkow scam MLM short sells Robert Fitzpatrick and John Taylor were not included in his latest short selling scam. They could have gotten hand cuffs too!

MLM LIES & MYTHS - MLM FRAUD INVESTIGATIVE EDITORIAL OPINIONS
SHOWTIME KICKING MLM FUNNY?
ROBERT FITZPATRICK MAY STOP LAUGHING WHEN SEC IS DONE
Robert Fitzpatrick has had a good time kicking MLM – Network Marketing on Showtime's comedy channel. Let's hope he let something slip that will get him burned by the SEC investigation below or the Medifast lawsuit that includes him.
June 25th 2010 – The latest news about the SEC subpoenaing Sam Antar for 37,000 documents in their investigation of a California-based research firm called the Fraud Discovery Institute, a company belonging to Barry Minkow, another criminal turned whistleblower, continues to spread. Editors opinion note: Minkow was aided by Robert Fitzpatrick who, by his past actions, is an un-convicted felon in your editor's opinion.
Let’s step back for a look at FDI’s owner, Minkow's career. He built his home-grown carpet cleaning company, ZZZZ Best, into a $200-million Monster. Except it was a fraud. ZZZZ Best was exposed in 1987 as a Ponzi scheme fueled by credit-card fraud and in part financed by a mobster. Minkow, who took the company public, claimed a worth of $90 million because all of this was a fraud, Minkow served seven years in prison.
The rest of Minkow's story is so familiar, it makes you sick. Supposedly Minkow experienced an religious epiphany in prison, and supposedly became a hard-core Christian (yeah grab your wallet when you meet this kind). Following his prison release in 1995, Minkow set up a pulpit at a Christian church in San Diego and set up Fraud Discovery Institute (FDI). Supposedly, the mission of FDI is to expose investment scams very much like ZZZZ Best. In the past several years he has attacked publically traded MLM Companies. Ed Opinion Note: I maintain these are still fraud activity and the SEC investigation going on is some proof of that. Robert Fitzpatrick has been an integral part of FDI’s anti-MLM activities. Editor's opinion note: It would be nice if the SEC gave Minkow and Fitzpatrick adjoining cells as a result of their investigation of Fraud Discovery Institute.
Minkow (Fraud Discovery Institute) has been aided by Robert Fitzpatrick another admitted scam artist (his own book) who did not go to jail. Robert Fitzpatrick and John Taylor are two anti-MLM Zealots who provided “supposed” documentation that the publically traded MLM companies were scams. The companies unjustly attacked were: USANA, Herbalife, Prepaid Legal, Medifast. When they attacked of course the stock took a dive and after FDI and it’s shady minions had short sold the stock. All of these people are under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BARRY MINKOW - FDI -ROBERT FITZPATRICK - CAUGHT IN SHORT SELL SCAM AGAIN?
HERE IS LATEST OPINION OVERVIEW - FRAUD REPORT WILL UP TOMMORROW
"TAKE SHAPE FOR LIFE" ATTACKED BY FRAUDULENT FRAUD DISCOVERY INSTITUTE
Feb 17 2009 -- Medifast Inc publically traded owner of Shape For Life Network Marketing Company, rejected as "false and misleading" a report that it conducted the equivalent of a "pyramid scheme" to add revenue, after the report triggered a near-30 percent drop in its share price.
Barry Minkow's Fraud Discovery Institute (FDI) released a fraudulous report (written by Robert Fitzpatrick*) charging Medifast of sucking in consumers to become health "coaches," for which it charges a fee, only to use the money to pay newer recruits. Fitzpatrick has participated in other short sell schemes with FDI that failed including Pre-Paid Legal, Usana, and Herbalife. Minkow is stupid because he keeps depending on Robert FitzPatrick and John Taylor to provide information. Duh, Minkow the SEC and the Australian government equivalent of the FTC have refused to take in action on their fraud reports about MLM – Network Marketing Companies under the guise of the Consumer Awarness Institute. Haven't you learned yet! See below!
Fortunately for Medifast Fitzpatrick does not know how to read a compensation plan. The big bounties he talks about in his laughable report are mostly on “clients” which are end consumers not MLM participants. Also he switched his approach and now is trying to run on endless chain pyramid law. Duh, first Robert Fitzpatrick should learn to read an MLM compensation pay plan.
Medifast Chief Executive Michael McDevitt called the claims "spurious." The MLM WatchDog agrees and thinks that Medifast should file a complaint against Minkow with the SEC on short selling and see if the SEC can help him back to prison.
Minkow did prison time for stock fraud at his own former company, ZZZZ Best, but now says he investigates fraud himself. Hah! Read the information below on illegal short selling.
Shares of Medifast closed down $2.18 on 16 Feb 2009 at $5.13 on the New York Stock Exchange. Ed. Note: Just what Minkow wanted, Robert Fitzpatrick and Jon Taylor wanted.

BARRY MINKOW - ROBERT FITZPATRICK - JON TAYLOR PhD CAUGHT IN SHORT SELL?
USANA - HERBALIFE - PREPAID LEGAL ILLEGAL STOCK SHORTING SCHEMES
FROM DEEP CAPTURE - That shares the same opinions as the MLM WatchDog
June 2008 -- The MLM WatchDog is hot on this because this action hurt 1000's of little guys. Distributors for the MLM companies were attacked. Why? Because a lot of the buyers of MLM company public stock are THE COMPANY Distributors. So instead of helping the public these stock shorters are hurting the little guys and gals...MLM distributors. The general public they pretend to protect!!
June 2007 -- Judd Bagley of "Deep Capture" (a hunter of illegal short sellers) concludes that convicted stock manipulator Sam Antar and securities class action litigator Howard Sirota were working in concert with convicted stock manipulator Barry Minkow’s Fraud Discovery Institute (FDI) to manipulate the share price of USANA, a public company.
Ur Editors Opinion June 2008 -- During court ordered deposition where he had to tell the truth (or go to jail) Minkow admitted in mid-2006, convicted felon Antar sent him a $100,000 because Antar thought he was a good example. Minkow just accidentally decide to use Antar’s money to finance FDI’s attack on USANA, which was published and delivered to the SEC on February 20, 2007 before Minkow established a short position in USANA stock, as well as investing in put options (both of which gain value as a stock loses value). Minkow admitted in total, Antar’s support for FDI has exceeded $250,000. Minkow was also forced to admit two payments totaling $40,000 by hedge fund manager, and $10,000 by Anthony Bruan, owner of Cactus Capital. Let's see that is $300,000 Minkow collected before the USANA attack. Minkow told the SEC he was into shorting USANA stock for about $50,000. I bet the SEC will be interested in the other $250k floating around that Minkow didn't tell them about!
In my opinion it appears that Minkow is back to illegal securities activity! How much did Jon Taylor PhD get paid for his rant on USANA? How much did Robert Fitzpatrick get paid? Are they in deep enough for being indicted on securities violations? Hope so because of the fraudulent statistics they keep throwing around as they bash the MLM Industry!

JON TAYLOR PhD (Utah)
REPORT TO CONVICTED FELON MINKOW
42 PAGE REPORT THAT FRAUD DISCOVERY INSTITUTE USED
Most of this report is Jon Taylor's normal rambling around having no concept of what a retail sale is (actually = a sale to a consumer that does not belong to the MLM pay plan).
Robert Fitzpatrick Jumps in as President of Pyramid Scheme Alert on page 39 with a Data Analysis. Then on the last page all @##$%$^&*^% break's loose. Either Fitzpatrick used an alias when he ended the paper or a stooge did.....
IS THIS TAYLOR AND FITZPATRICK'S CONNECTION TO ILLEGAL SHORT SELLING??
LAST PARAGRAPH OF REPORT QUOTE:
"If there is any else I might be able to do for you or help with, let me know. I will stay on these USANA distributors on the YAHOO forum for Usana's stock. They keep opening their mouths revealing information they probably shouldn't be. That is how I was able to get you the US distributor income statement."

On Yahoo Groups "MLM SURVIVOR" AND USANA STOCK BOARD
June 2008 update - Judd Bagley of "Deep Capture" (a hunter of illegal short sellers) has sources to track through who posts lying messages on Yahoo! So that means that we can expose these commercial book sellers on Anti-MLM message boards and groups the biggest being MLM Survivor. In my opinion, court probing may find that Robert Fitzpatrick and Jon Taylor were also involved in some way of bashing USANA on Yahoo finance boards during the short seller run! Some of the critic posts on the Yahoo finance board look very similar to the ones on the MLM Survivor Group below.
Here is how to find all the Usana boards including stock and finance on Yahoo.
Here are posts from just one (there are several)Yahoo USANA finance boards.
USANA stock bashers - some screen names that MLM Watchdog reporters found bashing the stock. We say some because there are more! Are these hired guns? Or a hired gun to bash stocks (big business today it seems).
Go to MLM Survivor, it is the worst group on Yahoo. They demand absolute conformity with their warped Anti-MLM Critic truth. You tell the truth and the Anti-MLM Zealot critics go nuts, lie, pose as lawyers, lie about laws, give wrong information and ostracize you until you stop posting any common sense truth about MLM - Network Marketing. A general opinion is the lead guru is Jon Taylor, who commits academic fraud with his falsified MLM studies on his own website.
In the past, when studying the dictates of this cult of Anti - MLM Network Marketing zealots I was puzzled and irritated. I thought, in my opinion, they created this Internet furor to sell the principal’s books (in the case of MLM Survivors Ruth Carter, Fitzpatrick and Taylor). Now the interesting question is, were they practicing for the short sell scam?
Minkow, Taylor, Fitzpatrick caught in another Fraud Discovery Lie by saying Herbalife running a pyramid scheme in China
A running commentary with opinion on some worst MLM Critic Zealots myths and mostly lies!
It is our opinion that the critic on this page was Jon Taylor.
Len Clements and ur Editor Rod Cook duke it out with MLM critics.
The Battle continues MLM Critics - call in phoney lawyer to nuke us! Turns out he = zero!
Our opinion was Robert Fitzpatrick played the part of the phoney lawyer.
These Anti-MLM Critic fanatics amaze me because of false beliefs and no research.
