2. The copies of the Complaint you made above may be the only way that you get your money refunded by bank and Credit Card Companies. At the least it just short cuts them giving you a hassle. Also critical see Identity Theft Below. Gas saver scams move fast.

RUSH RUN TO BANK: Info on recovering your money at the bank - If bank account debits (automatic withdrawals) for MLM Gasoline savers are within 60 days you may go to your bank and fill out the bank form under Regulation E and they should put it back. It does only take 5 minutes, and if a few hundred complaints against a single company hit them, a formal investigation will be started by the FTC. Like many past shaky MLM startups, the accused Rev. Robert Moore always took the position that he "never lied" about anything, the accused Rev. Bob has told distributors, he was financially solvent (just not - that it was based on taking money out of investors?), and EcoEnergizer was a "Debt-Free" MLM Company. Fat chance! HOW TO AVOID MLM INVESTMENT SCAMS – FROM THE MLM INVESTMENT GROUP (MIG)
1. Do a credit and criminal background check on the principle(s) before you invest a pretty good one will cost you $500 per person. Never invest if a “friend” of yours says, “I flew down and looked them in the eye” – “they are good people.” There are more MLM Tragedies a mile long that come out of this “friendship” validation.
2. Rod, what amount – how much do you mean as investment? Answer: More than you can afford to lose, or how much would you spend gambling in Vegas. To MIG (above the MLM Investment Group) above.... some of the High Net Worth Indivuals a $100,000 is "Vegas Money" other members $5,000.
3. Be leery of putting money into an MLM Company (or any company) unless at a minimum, they give you a Business Plan. A normal MLM business plan (or any business plan) will be between 45-60 pages long including and Executive Summary. Lazy people (tending toward the weak or dark side) will only have and MLM Executive Summary (10-12 pages). Most folks don’t know it but doing an MLM Business plan takes brains, work and/or money, those 3 are measurements of an good business person. MIG (The MLM Investment Group) will not invest in activity unless there is a well written business plan.
