13 June 2007 – Burn Lounge fought off the FTC attempt to lock their doors and freeze their bank accounts. The judge will hear arguments on the 19th of June. Interesting to see how strong the precedent law on Customers will benefit the FTC. Also the individuals listed have to bear their own court fees. 10 June 2007 -- Burn Lounge Burned! Burn Lounge paid $50 for recruiting two new operators and selling two albums a month, while paying only 50 cents per album sold, the complaint said. Duh! Can you spell Pyramid by FTC standards? The money in Burn Lounge was coming from recruiting.... Not the 50% of income from Customers the FTC wants. BurnLounge is accused of being an illegal investment scheme in a lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission last week. The company declined any comment Saturday the 9th of May. I bet Burn Lounge Execs and the Investors that committed $40 million had studied the history of the FTC and Income! There is a hidden camera clip of a distributor at a meeting making a medical claim. Owner Sam Castor is asked if Ambrotose cures cancer and he gives a strange answer. 31 May 2007 – China caught the head of their FDA grabbing $800,000 and announced they are going to execute him. Yes! Like dead! This China FDA head was a dummy. He should have studied the U.S. system where FDA executives get nothing while in office. Then they quit the FDA and the next day go to work for a big drug company with an $800,000 signing bonus and a matching annual salary. 30 Mar 07 -- Over 102 of the world's top MLM Distributors (plus newbies to MLM representing over 50 companies) came to or - - passed through the DRA meeting 23-25 March 2007. The worlds top earners where there and the average income of folks at the meeting was over $50,000 a year in MLM income. The formal DRA meeting was driven by an intense very smart group of attendees. Then the next day the exciting Internet Master Mind Workshop was driven by short speaking lengths and each speakers pledge to give the audience their favorite web building secrets to finance building each persons MLM building online. It was wild !.... the crowd at times literally "gasped" at the enormity of some of the SECRET information given. Johnatan Emord Esq. gave a speech about dangers of "The Shadow Government" in Washington, D.C. corrupting American Freedoms, that left very few dry eyes.
Attendees were overwhelmed at the amount of web tools, ebooks, websites, software and Private label articles (and books) they got for their $199 Convention and Conference fee. 9 Mar 2007 – If the FTC puts out the Business Opportunity Rule as they proposed you might as well kiss your business in half! Now our informants tell us that the FTC is coming out with the Rule in December. Why? People distracted busy with Christmas..... If the FTC has their way in January..... you will be doing this to sign a prospect up:
1. You will be forced to give the prospect a list of 10 happy people signed up from your area and get their signature that they received it.
2. You will have to give them a 5-6 page disclosure about your MLM plus any lawsuits or conflicts your MLM company has had and get their signature.
3. After you have done this you have wait seven (7) days before signing them up.
4. Then you will have to maintain paperwork above for Inspection for FTC Inspectors for five (?) years!
(NOT the folks you want knocking on the door of your home business)!
The Distributor Rights Association is the ONLY organization planning to take the FTC to court for violation of our Constitutional Rights if the FTC pulls shenanigans (like the FDA has). That is why the Distributor Rights Association is having it’s Convention and Internet Conference 23-25 March this month. 4 Feb 2007 – Bio Performance (BP) gasoline additive shut down by the Texas AG. Now they have permission to operate again. BP keeps putting out shaky press releases. The Emissions and Mileage test they had done By Wallace Labs on BP gasoline additive reports only a Fuel Test Procedure emissions test which showed slight emissions improvement. If you read (link below) on the test report from Wallace Labs in Houston ½ of their test is missing - Ed. Note: The EPA Highway Fuel Economy Test is MISSING! Suspicious Huh? Why leave out the most important part of the test? Fuel mileage dropped? Is the Watchdog being negative - NO WAY!

Guess these guys figured they were better than the class action folks that took on PrePaid Legal. This should be interesting the Class Action Sharks are claiming that Alticor has no customers and the only money generated is from sales to downlines = Pyramid. Nuts!

25 Jan 2007 – These Canadian reporters are mean! This lady really worked hard to leave no stone unturned and really got Dr. Earl Mindell to blow his stack! The inference was questionable results (though not said outright)? 23 Jan 2007 – MSNC did a report on Nutritonals (primarily vitamins) sold on the market. The Vitamin Shoppe was giving consumers a free load of lead. Eniva’s Vibe showed up short on an ingredient.
