7 Sept 2005 – Why if I had still been on active duty? Active Duty Military can’t do law enforcement inside the U.S. The law, was passed by Southern (including Louisiana) lawmakers in 1878. They had experienced a fifteen year military occupation by the US Army in post-Civil War law enforcement. In a nutshell, this act bans the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines from participating in arrests, searches, seizure of evidence and other police-type activity on U.S. soil. 7 Sept 2005 -- Last May 9, 2005, Barron’s Magazine did a story detailing Mannatech’s CEO Caster’s history and questioning the Company’s control of distributor claims . . . including complaints from Australia and New Zealand. Distributor conduct associated with some of these claim resulted in a law suit over using the pictures of a dead child. So now along comes 3 class action lawsuits, in New Mexico Federal District Court, based on, the improper nutritional claims caused Mannatech’s shares to trade at artificially inflated prices. Ed. 13 August 2005 – The FDA postpones approval of allowing claims to be made for lycopene nutritionals to slow down or stop prostate cancer. This leaves more money going into the pockets of organized medicine and drug companies. Once again this backs my claim the FDA is Killing Americans. Dr. Grahma report (below) was released in Europe because Dr. Graham feared for the safety of his family and his life if he released the Vioxx kill rate in America. 28 July 2005- Several media sources incorrectly reported that the Binary Compensation plan was outlawed in Singapore. Since your Editor has been hanging out in Singapore the last couple of weeks I decided to investigate! I visited the largest law firm in Singapore that has an MLM division yesterday. Today I strolled over to the Attorney General's office for Singapore and asked the same question. Both said no, nobody in Singapore outlawed the binary.
