REPORT FROM ALAMO TEA BAG PARTY RALLY
Your Editor, Rod Cook, went down to the Tea Bag Party protest at the Alamo representing the DRA. I was later shocked at how national media described the rally (really mean people attacking Obama). I saw a lot of people focused on $11 trillion dollars in spending, wondering who was going to pay for it! I didn’t see a lot of rabid right wingers or Obama bashers. One thing that caught my attention was all the kids ages 5-20 carrying signs “how do I pay for this.” I guess that’s the question lots of people there were asking. Bottom line, it was kind of boring, there were approximately ten thousand polite people – no fist fights or even pushing screaming and shouting. A lot of folks were not even upset about the bailouts… just the $11 trillion outlined in future spending for social welfare and pork barrel projects.

Police will start slamming the streets shut to Alamo Plaza at 3:00pm. Reports are that they will be keeping the peace (many sympathize) with Tea Bag party supporters. Look for waving American Flag carried by Rod Cook: Glenn Beck will be broadcasting his show from there, 4-5pm.(Ted Nugent will be a guest)
The Tea Party is set to run 6-8 pm, if the protest doesn't get out of hand. Pro-kill MLM with Taxation Liberals say they will "out shout" Steve Voss, country singer, who has sworn to perform "Take America Back". "FAT CHANCE," says DRA Chairman Rod Cook.
The DRA notes NO politicians are allowed to speak, this event is for "We the People" and for the politicians to listen to MLM Networkers that don't want to be taxed to death.
San Antonio "Truth in Video" SAF Studios, crazily volunteered to document the event. The organizers are clear--- SAF will have volunteer badges. If you find a left wing TAX THEM TO DEATH ADVOCATE, be careful! You can refer them to the Tea Party PR person, Julia Hayden....
