New guidance proposed by the FDA basically says the FDA will have review and approve any "new" nutritional produced since 1994.  With 1000's of new products created since 1994 it will take years to get them all approved.  So your MLM company product that has been sold for 10 years would have to be pulled off the market and approved by the FDA before your company could start selling it again!  Approval by the FDA may take years!
